For the past three years, she’s also stepped into the role of trainer, helping dogs and their people grow with confidence and connection. The Good Shepards is more than just a business to her—it’s her world. Backed by an incredible family, Isabella leads with kindness, grit, and heart every step of the way.
Stacie is one of the founding forces behind The Good Shepards and wears many hats as our Office Manager and Communications Coordinator. She’s the first point of contact for new clients, handles all scheduling, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. But Stacie is so much more than her title—she’s a dedicated mom of four, a true powerhouse with an unmatched work ethic, and someone who always goes above and beyond for our clients. Her warmth, organization, and incredible communication skills are the heartbeat of our team. Simply put, she does it all.
Lorenzo has been with The Good Shepards since day one as our very first pack walker, and now leads the way as our head agility trainer. With a lifelong love for dogs and a natural gift for leadership, he helps both pups and people build confidence through agility. Lorenzo’s passion for teaching, combined with his competitive spirit, makes him a powerhouse on the field—always encouraging others to push past limits and have fun doing it.
